Chris’s professional areas of specialty include strategic business planning and analysis of financial models, margins, operations and efficiency opportunities. He also directs clients in a number of long-term planning areas and income tax-planning strategies. Chris has experience across a wide array of industries, but is concentrated in construction, manufacturing and transportation.

Chris is a native of Earlville, Iowa, and received his B.A. in accounting from the University of Northern Iowa. Chris joined the firm in 1998 and became a partner in 2004. He has spent time in private industry as a member of management for several companies; however the bulk of his career has been in public accounting. Chris is an active member of the Cedar Rapids Area Estate Planning Council, and the Master Builders Institute of Iowa.  He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Iowa Society of CPAs.
